Return Policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

30-Day Returns
Except for the items listed under Exceptions below, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and undamaged, in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return
Email us at brandon@axiscraftedcreations.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a free return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized items, including special orders
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Custom items are made just for you, so please double-check spelling, sizing, and details before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. This applies to all items, including custom and final-sale items. We’ll review it and make it right with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, place a separate order for the new item. Custom and final-sale items aren’t eligible for exchange.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
